How do clients check in?
They open the app and talk for sixty seconds, or type if they prefer. No surveys, no rating scales, no forms designed by you. The check-in fits inside a normal day, which is why clients keep doing it.
How is this different from intake questionnaires?
A questionnaire captures one moment and depends on the client rating themselves accurately. Aypex reads natural language continuously, between sessions, and models each reading against the client's own baseline. You get trajectory instead of a snapshot, and your clients never fill out a form.
What does it cost?
During the early cohort, pricing is set per-practice and sized to your roster. We scope it in a conversation as part of your application — the current framing lives on the pricing page, and published pricing will land when the product leaves the early cohort.
Is this clinical?
No. Aypex is non-clinical by design. It doesn't diagnose, screen, or treat anything. It sits upstream of clinical work, giving you a readiness picture for the coaching you already do. When something needs a clinician, that remains your call and your referral.
