- Performance health
- Performance health is the condition you perform from — the condition of the whole person as they meet, recover from, and adapt to the demands of life. It spans seven systems working together: physiology, cognition, emotion, behavior, purpose, relationships, and environment.
- State
- State is what's available to you right now. It moves quickly, with sleep, stress, recovery, pain, mood, and whatever the day is demanding of you.
- Capacity
- Capacity is the broader range you can operate within. It moves slowly, through training, learning, recovery, repeated strain, health and life experience.
- Potential
- Potential is how your capacity could develop over time. State is today, capacity is the range you have now, and potential is where that range could go.
- Baseline
- A baseline is what normal looks like for one specific person, built from their own history. Aypex reads every change against your baseline rather than a population average, so what counts as high for you is set by you.
