Infrastructure
Aypex runs on Google Cloud infrastructure under Firebase App Hosting and Firestore. All traffic between your device and our services is encrypted in transit. Data is encrypted at rest.
Access
Access to production systems is gated by identity, limited to named personnel, and audited. We do not review the contents of individual check-ins except when you explicitly request support or where safety obligations require it.
Sharing
When you work with a coach or team through Aypex, the readings they see are governed by the permission you set. You can revoke that permission at any time.

If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@aypex.ai. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.
